I repeat again I saw Mr. Justice Wise put
his hands on your Mr. Kyshe's shoulder and pushed you out with
he shut the door by
-w
force while he was uttering some words
banging it against you, Mr. Kyshe walked away quietly without saying a word. This occurred about a week ago.

George Thomas: I am the Librarian of the Supreme Court. i re-
member on the 7th. instant I saw Mr. Kyshe at the door of the
Fusine Judge and Mr. Kyshe went in. He remained a very short time
about 5 minutes. I heard nothing. I was standing in the passage
way between the Library and Mr. Justice Wise's door. Shortly
after i saw Mr. Kyshe coming out. I heard no words spoken. 1 sew
Mr. Wise shove Mr. Kyshe out with one hand on Mr. Kyshe's back
shoulder. Mr. Wise banged the dcor after Mr. Kyshe very loud. Kr.
Kyshe simply walked away to his office without saying a word. 1
did not hear Mr. Wise say anything. He may have spoken. Mr. Kyshe
has never spoken to me about this matter but I have spoken to
Mr. D'Almade and Mr. Suffiad about it Mr. Xavier and Mr. Seth
the Deputy Registrar on the same day. I am prepared to take an
oath of what I have said is true and that Mr. Kyshe did nothing
and went back to his office. The Puisne Judge's Messenger saw
this as well as myself, I am quite sure that I saw myself Mr.
Wise push Mr. Kyshe out of his office. There was no one else but
myself and Mr. Justice Wise's Messenger present.
