George Thomas: I am the Librarian of the Supreme Court. i re-

member on the 7th. instant I saw Mr. Kyshe at the door of the

Fusine Judge and Mr. Kyshe went in. He remained a very short time

about 5 minutes. I heard nothing. I was standing in the passage

way between the Library and Mr. Justice Wise's door. Shortly

after i saw Mr. Kyshe coming out. I heard no words spoken. 1 sew

Mr. Wise shove Mr. Kyshe out with one hand on Mr. Kyshe's back

shoulder. Mr. Wise banged the dcor after Mr. Kyshe very loud. Kr.

Kyshe simply walked away to his office without saying a word. 1

did not hear Mr. Wise say anything. He may have spoken. Mr. Kyshe

has never spoken to me about this matter but I have spoken to

Mr. D'Almade and Mr. Suffiad about it Mr. Xavier and Mr. Seth

the Deputy Registrar on the same day. I am prepared to take an

oath of what I have said is true and that Mr. Kyshe did nothing

and went back to his office. The Puisne Judge's Messenger saw

this as well as myself, I am quite sure that I saw myself Mr.

Wise push Mr. Kyshe out of his office. There was no one else but

myself and Mr. Justice Wise's Messenger present.
